How do I cancel my membership or get help with billing?

Do you offer HD streaming?

Yes. Our videos are encoded in 2 different speeds. The higher resolution is 720p HD. We host our videos in our own super fast streaming video servers. Our servers are dedicated exclusively to stream our videos. We do not share our servers with any other content they are 100 % dedicated to stream our content. You click and they will start playing.

Does your site have a refund policy?

We provide full customer service to assist you resolve any technical inconvenience you may have. Keep in mind that with a recurring membership you will keep getting a monthly fee to your credit card every month, until cancelled. You can cancel your account at any time, however the first month is always charged and no refund applies. I am unable to view videos when logged in. The video says it's unavailable. What is wrong?

Sounds like you are trying to access our videos from a country that blocks adult video or you are trying to access our site through a proxy. If this is the case and you are having a problem playing videos we can convert your purchase to credits and you should be able to easily download videos for offline viewing.

I have a MAC, can I watch the movies once I become a member?

Absolutely! Our site is compatible with both PC and MAC.
